Puparkin is a fluid world with an oceanic geography of a liquid other than water such as ammonia, methane, hydrocarbons, or other exotic liquids. The system supports a population of fewer than 10,000 sophonts. It is a Human dominated Non-Aligned world in the Jewell Subsector of Spinward Marches Sector. 80% of the world's population is the Major Race Vargr.
Astrography & Planetology[edit]
Due to Puparkin's inhospitable atmosphere, all settlements are either built below ground or in sealed surface modules.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
Puparkin is a low-population world with fluid oceans located in the Jewell Subsector of the Spinward Marches. Although Non-Aligned, because of location the Zhodani Consulate exerts much greater influence over Puparkin than the Imperium. Approximately 80% of Puparkin's population is Vargr, and the world trades directly with the Vargr Extents and contains a large Vargr trading community.
history-Era: New Era[edit]
Puparkin is a minor Spinward State not within the envelope of the Zhodani, Regency, and Aslan spheres of influence. The world trades directly with the Vargr frontiers, and contains large Vargr trading communities. Because of the essentially uncontrolled Vargr presence, Condoyle is considered rather lawless and dangerous environment.
