An empire in the Fourth Imperium timeline.
Established on the ruins of the Ziru Sirkaa (Restored Vilani Empire), the New Ziru Sirka was one of the few, strange zones of space which was spared the worst effects the Wave, and therefore suffered relatively minor destruction and was able to continue as a state long afterwards.
