In -404, a Human state known as the Suleimani Confederation was conquered by the aggressive Aslan Htiokh clan. The Confederation had stood as a bulwark against the Aslan for nearly 600 years and its fall left independent Human populations along the trailing edge of the Hierate concentrated around fortress worlds -- including New Libdis.
New Libdis would eventually become an important member world of the Solomani Confederation.

New Libdis has a Class C Starport, an average quality installation which includes amenities including unrefined fuel for starships, some brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions.
