Khulim is a world suited to becoming an agricultural world, but with a population between 10,000 and 100,000 sophonts, but lacks the capability to produce or process sufficient resources to export its projected agricultural produce. The world is tropical with a hot, though still habitable, climate at the upper limits of human comfort. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Argi Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Domain of Vland. Khulim, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estates of an Imperial knight and a baronet. Both are members of the Imperial Nobility charged with overseeing the world. This world has a nearby Imperial Naval Base, capable of handling warships. During the Long Night this world was named Giikhapuur.

Astrography and planetology[edit]

Khulim is a member of the Vilani Run. The naval base hosts elements of the 159th Fleet.

The world's landmass consists of a single continent, a jungle consisting mainly of fungus and lichen cover most of it. The spores released by the massive jungles of fungus render the air unbreathable for two months a year and they can lodge in an individual’s lungs, growing inside, slowly suffocating the carrier.
