History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

This world was part of the Empire of the Seven Stars, a polity of the late Long Night that was absorbed by the early Third Imperium.

Centuries later, after the chaotic collapse of an authoritarian government on Khuir, the Scout Service and Imperial Army restored order. Subsequently, they experimented with a minimalist legal system that yielded good results. Unfortunately, these attempts to lead by example haven't swayed most dictators in the Saregon Subsector, many of whom insist that without extreme laws, their societies would descend into chaos.
