Khtaao is a low-population world with a population of less than 10,000 sophonts in size.
- This world has yet to take off economically or otherwise and the population remains low for reasons largely unknown.
- This world is part of the Aslan Hierate, controlled by the Tlaukhu Block 6, composed of the Uiktawa, Iykyasea, and Faowaou clans, in the Keiar Subsector of Reaver's Deep Sector.
- This world is controlled from Oloih (Reaver's Deep Keiar).
