- As a nonindustrial world, it requires extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society. The need to import most manufactured and high technology goods drives the price of these goods up in the open market.
- It is a member of the I'Sred*Ni Protectorate in the I'Sred*Ni Heptad Subsector of Beyond Sector.
- Nearly 100% of the population is composed of Sred*Ni.
Description (Astrography & Planetology)[edit]
At the Sred*Ni outposts, significant habitat-building usually takes place in asteroid belts. I'Sred*Nillol has no significant asteroid belts, so instead activity is focused on the rings and smaller moons of the system's two gas giants.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
- I'Sred*Nillol is a center for the production of Flame Silk Jewels. [2]
World Starport[edit]
I'Sred*Nillol has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and most kinds of repair, and construction of non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
World Demographics[edit]
900,000 inhabitants, all Sred*Ni.
Sred*Ni are divided into eight castes, of which only the hermaphroditic Breeder is capable of reproduction. Influences from communal telepathic links initiate hormonal activation that determines caste development, matching capabilities with societal needs. The castes are ordered into a three-tier class system, though the reasoning behind this structure is unknown to outsiders.
