Halarsha is an icy, non-agricultural and nonindustrial vacuum world, whose surface is ice-capped and with nearly all of its water frozen and warranting hazardous environment precautions.
- It is unable to produce quality foodstuffs and must import them.
- It requires extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society.
- This world is a "Twilight Zone World", a planet that is tidally-locked to its star. It has a hot side that permanently faces the star, a cold side that permanently faces away, and a narrow twilight zone in-between.
- It is a subject world of the Korsumug Empire located in the Pyruvat Subsector of Mavuzog Sector.
