Physiology & Ecology[edit]
These arachnids are bright red and green. These arachnids seem to be able to communicate with each other in several ways: waving antennae, ultrasonic speech, sensing vibrations.
Duct Spiders are highly intelligent and some have even speculated that they may be proto-sophonts.
Life Cycle & Reproduction[edit]
The Duct Spider's eggs can survive in a vacuum.
Diet & Trophics[edit]
This pest can be found in environmental systems — they seem to like eating through filters and mesh. They have an attraction to petroleum products, although they avoid insulation, particularly with live wires underneath.
History & Background[edit]
Duct spiders tend to be pack rats and hoard small tools, particularly those they have seen people use.
