Description / Specifications

The Axasorsa Trace / False Bridge Trace is a narrow spur of stars that connects a few systems within the rimward edge of Shadow Rift Sector to Far Home Sector and the heart of the Distant Fringe.

History & Background / Dossier

The Trace is named for the Axasorsa system, the homeworld of the sophont Jellyfish, and is accessible by conventional jump-2 vessels. Mengo, the capital of the Trace and also the informal capital of Shadow Rift Sector, lies at its coreward end. It was also the last system to have a verifiable sighting of a Voyager, in 4570AD.
