Description[edit]
Designed and built for the Delsun Ranger Force and filling the role of a destroyer, these are the major combatants for this fleet. They have a pair of cutters, a small squadron of ten fighters and carry two platoons of elite rangers. The streamlined, needle/wedge hull is unarmored. They must rely on their 6G speed and agility for protection. They have a single battery of sand, a beam laser battery, a particle accelerator bay, and a large missile bay. They were built with considerable foreign assistance and the jump drives were installed by another power. The Delsun Comagistrant doesn't have a starport capable of properly maintaining these ships and an outside contractual agent is suspected.
