Stellatio is a fluid world with an oceanic geography of a liquid other than water such as ammonia, methane, hydrocarbons, or other exotic liquids. The system has a population between 10,000 and 10 million, lacking the industrial base to be completely self-supporting. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Vilis Subsector of Spinward Marches Sector and in the Domain of Deneb. Stellatio, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial knight, a member of the Imperial Nobility charged with overseeing the world.
Astrography & Planetology[edit]
The system is located in the Vilis Trace.
The world itself has no life beyond a few protein chains trying to form in the seas. The landscape is blasted rock. There are few mineral resources. The atmosphere is unbreathable on this young world, which has come to life late in its primary's red giant phase.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
With a total population of 50,000, most people live in Stellas, an underground city near the starport. Twenty or so smaller settlements, with dozens or hundreds of people, dot the region, along with several failed settlements, but none are more than a hundred miles from Stellas.
