Star Bridge is named for being the only Jump-2 link across the Starreach Gulf for many parsecs. As such, it sees considerable offworld traffic. Indeed, star travel is the world's main industry. The 100,000 inhabitants are mostly employed by the large starport and its supporting industries, or in the Starbridge Protection Service.
