Description (Specifications)

The institute has no fixed base, changing location from time to time as needs require. The Sibiatl are a cooperation between Zhodani and Vargr psions to broaden the knowledge of psionics among Vargr in the spinward part of Gvurrdon Sector. In addition to teaching psionics actively, the organization gives classes covering general awareness of psionic phenomena.

History & Background (Dossier)

The Sibiatl are well reputed among the Vargr in the Thirz Empire. An information course costs 2,000 credits, and is held over 5 days with 2 hours a day.
