The Saris-Yenisei "bridge" is a quirky astrographic feature, the solitary break in the jump-3 gap Rimward of Terra (Solomani Rim 1827).

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
During the Interstellar Wars period the bridge was the only way for starships using then-current technology to cross the gap.
- Because the Vilani never took advantage of this “bridge” to explore or colonize, the Capella and Jardin subsectors were open for Terran expansion.
Worlds & Sectors (Astrography)[edit]
A two parsec wide break in the gap lies between Langelos (Solomani Rim 0929) -- then known as Saris -- in Dingir Subsector and Yenisei (Solomani Rim 0931) in Capella Subsector.
