Quaver is a ice-capped gas giant moon, located in Suleiman Subsector of the Solomani Rim. The system is a member of the Imperium.
Quaver is the outermost large moon of a gas giant and was first settled about -500 by the Easter Concord. Quaver eventually became a full member of the Concord, and joined the Imperium in 426. During the Solomani period the world embraced a dictatorship, but following the Solomani Rim War imperial authorities installed an offworlder as ruler. A transition council of engineers and labor leaders has been formed, and is busy redesigning the government. The police state is being dismantled, and many oppressive laws have been rescinded.
