While there were in fact caches of goods hidden to supply an uprising, this preparation was never as complete as some military theorists believed. What’s more, much as squirrels do with acorns, the Phoenix leaders seem to have completely lost track of some of these caches over the years. While most of these would today be obsolete and decayed, there does exist the possibility of a valuable discovery.
