The Parasite class Battle Rider is a warship.

Description (Specifications)[edit]

Built for Battle Fleet Gdynia (world) in the Crucis Margin Sector. This is a class of TL–12 battle rider with a small meson gun spinal mount, ten triple missile turret batteries and one battery of triple beam laser turrets. The fire control is arranged to allow it to engage twelve different targets simultaneously. It is a fully streamlined needle/wedge structure hull for ocean refueling with scoops and a fuel refinery. They are a battle line element for destroying enemy ships. It has heavy hull armor and screens for defense. It carries a 20 ton gig. The Old Worlds Navy uses this class to protect the fleet tenders. They carry 163 crew and a small platoon of marines with drop capsules. It has no jump range and 6 Gs acceleration with 3 agility, and can keep up main fleet elements.
