The Nemesis class Destroyer is a light warship.
- It is a military ship and a Destroyer.
Description (Specifications)[edit]
Built on Carter (world) and used by the Carter Technocracy Fleet (CTF) as a fleet commerce escort this destroyer has Jump 2 and 3 Gs acceleration. They carry a pair of heavy laser batteries as their main weapons. The Nemesis has a battle-scarred rectangular hull and is partially streamlined for gas giant refueling with scoops and purification. It has three separate 1G large maneuver drive engine nacelles which help provide the ship's agility. It has an experimental jump drive, with some automatic repair systems. The ship is equipped with some factor 6 armor platelets for defense. They carry 70 troops and a small launch. They carry an artillery platoon of four self propelled guns, an armored platoon with four grav tanks, and an infantry platoon with four grav APCs. The rest insert with Jump Capsules.
