Madu Subsector is the rimward terminus of the Antares Main.
- Most of the Jump-2 traffic in this subsector is through the coreward worlds, en route to the Spas Main, and through it to the Fornast/Core/Lishun main or the Ganad Main.
- Some traffic runs the full length of the Antares Main to Epkigadu, and from there into the spinward fringe of the Snogsta Main (and from there into the Derri Main).

These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr155 through 25 starports (4 Class A, 7 Class B, 11 Class C, 3 Class D) employing 24,760 people. Driving this interstellar trade are six Agricultural (Ag) worlds, four Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, one Pre-Agricultural (Pa) world, four Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, one Rich (Ri) world, and two Industrial (In) worlds. The average technology level is 9 (with most between 6 and 12). The highest technology level is 15 at Uurkdi (Fornast 2202) and Zarkhiir (Fornast 2407).
