The Mal'Gnar Primarchic is an isolationist polity in the Coretrailing section of The Beyond Sector, inhabited by the Mal'Gnar hominoid species.

The Primarchic, or "Sted" of the Mal'Gnar is the "Political Boundary" of the Mal'Gnar Race.

Government & Politics (Leadership)[edit]
As creatures of precedent and tradition, the Mal'Gnar government would almost be called "Judicial". All major questions are decided by Adjudicators who make policy based on past precedent in similar situations and Mal'Gnar traditions. This over respect for the past is almost religious with the Mal'Gnar and it makes the race slow to react to emergencies. There are local "Collaborations" or councils that handle local matters, but any action they take can be overruled if it is against precedent. It is a crime if they act against tradition.
Mal'Gnar officials tend to be rigid and unimaginative with written procedures for every situation. They will tolerate no variations and will take whatever time it takes to reach a "proper" decision. There is one hard and fast Mal'Gnar tradition: "When in doubt blame the non-Mal'Gnar for all problems." Although they are not exactly xenophobic, they are suspicious of outsiders. Mal'Gnar will use any method possible to cheat "aliens". Their hostility is greater the more Human the alien is.
Given their attitude toward non-Mal'Gnar, it is not surprising that the Primarchic is neutral in events outside their space. Few Mal'Gnar merchants travel outside the Primarchic. They would be quite happy if the rest of the universe went away.
