History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
There were historical disagreements over precedence between the Logaksu (who controlled the original Vargr colonies around Lair) and the Vilani-influenced (and thus tradition-venerating) Ovaghoun Vargr.
The Mmoannikh Accords, drafted by the more powerful Logaksu packs and the local Ovaghoun and their Vilani allies, were signed on Lair in -55 Imperial, and declared the Logaksu and Ovaghoun cultures officially ‘separate but equal’ ways of life, resolving the more overt conflict.
