The subsector is less cosmpolitan than it should be. Darmine names are still evident in many systems, but there are no significant Darmine populations here in the modern era. The Kebkh of Deyis, meanwhile, are all but extinct after their world was "scrubbed" by the Imperial Quarantine in 501.

The highest technology level is 14 at Hirah (Zarushagar 0918), Odew (Zarushagar 1116), and Keeli-Ho (Zarushagar 1314).
