Subsector N of Langere Sector, a sparse region of neutral space.

Description (Specifications)[edit]

The vast majority of this subsector is rift region. A series of small human-dominated worlds in the trailing-rimward part of Karg provide a link between the more accessible worlds of Oryx Subsector and the Aurean Republic to rimward in Storr Sector. Making that connection is the only real reason to come here.

The two systems not part of this route haven't even been given names, still carrying numerical designations.

Subsector Summary: 1105[edit]

Karg, subsector N of Langere contains five worlds with an estimated population of 50 million, a per capita income of Cr2,920, and a total economy is BCr146. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr0 through 2 starports (0 Class A, 1 Class B, 1 Class C, 0 Class D) employing 50 people. Driving this interstellar trade are no Agricultural (Ag) worlds, no Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, no Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, no Rich (Ri) worlds, and no Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Karg maintain one Naval base. The average technology level is 6 (with most between 1 and 10). The highest technology level is 10 at Moxi (Langere 1440), Brenna (Langere 1539), and Slough (Langere 1636).

Karg, subsector N of Langere contains seven stars and 48 identified planets; three monostellar systems, two binary systems, no trinary systems, and no systems with four or more stars. 5 of the five systems (100%) have native gas giants. There are no Asteroid (As) belts, no Desert (De) worlds, no Garden (Ga) worlds, no Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, no Poor (Po) worlds, one Vacuum (Va) world, and no Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.

Karg has an estimated population of 50 million distributed across no High population (Hi) worlds, no Moderate population (Ph) worlds, one Non-industrial (Ni) world, one Low population (Lo) world, and two Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Brenna (Langere 1539). The population consists of 1 sophont groups.

Non-Aligned, Human-dominated[edit]

There are three Non-Aligned Human-dominated worlds in Karg with an estimated population of 50 million.

Non-Aligned, unclaimed[edit]
