Ioheihlealra was taken by Ihatei belonging to the Uiktawa, a rather unusual occurence given that clan's pre-Collapse indifference towards expanding its far-Rift holdings. But then Ioheihlealra is a strange world, and rumors abound about its nature and the reasons for Uiktawa's interest. Surveys indicate that the world's core is off-center, creating an imbalance that it compensates for through massive earth movements, crustal displacements and very active volcanism. Solid land of any kind has a very short lifespan, and major earthquakes and tsunamis are daily occurences. It is unknown if this phenomenon is natural, or how long it has been going on. But the worlds oceans are metal-rich, and most of the population lives in huge submersible complexes that move around between fresh metal deposits.
