Wellett is an agricultural world.
- As an agricultural world, this world is a near-ideal environment for producing quality foodstuffs of plant, animal, and other forms. Quality foodstuffs are a major export commodity for this world.
- It is a Non-Aligned world dominated by human sophonts located in the Old Colonies Subsector of Vanguard Reaches Sector.
- This is a "Puzzle" world designated as an Amber Zone. Caution is advised since the world has an environment, laws, customs, life forms, or other conditions that are not well understood and might be a danger to a visitor.
- Aslan make up around 5% of the population.
- Humans make up around 95% of the population.

System Data[edit]
The worlds of the system have been surveyed. They consist of:
- The mainworld.
- x3 secondary rocky worlds.
- x2 gas giants.
Mainworld Data[edit]
No information yet available.
Mainworld Size (S)[edit]
Wellett is a Meso World between 7,200km and 8,800km in diameter. The world has a standard gravity between 0.4G and 0.57G. The horizon will appear about 4km away.
Mainworld Atmosphere (A)[edit]
Wellett has a pressure of 0.43 to 0.70 atmospheres. The Thin Atmosphere does not require survival gear although it may be hard on sophonts not accustomed to it.
Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)[edit]
Wellett has 35-45% of its surface covered by liquid water. There will be a number of small seas or one larger body of water. Wilderness refueling is possible.
Satellites:[edit]

Mainworld Geography and Topography[edit]

Native Lifeforms[edit]
Extensive native life. Its metabolic functions drive the process of atmospheric renewal.
History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
New Era[edit]
Coupled with their control of Oikah (Vanguard Reaches 2235) (known as Dryburab to Humans) and majority control of Aulisohai (Vanguard Reaches 2039) (known as Hoatzin to Humans) and Hohwah (Vanguard Reaches 2237) (formerly Bursk), the Aokhalte, Ouokhoi and Hlaotiyoiho clans control most of the subsector's population, industrial base and mineral wealth. But the bloc's bid for unconditional control of the subsector has come under increasing challenge from the Seieakh clan in neighboring Iphigenaia.
World Starport (St)[edit]
Wellett has a Class E Starport, a frontier quality installation with few expected amenities. There is unrefined fuel for starships and a limited variety of ship provisions. There is no shipyard of any kind, but there may be parts and technical support for doing minor services and repair. Ports of this classification generally consist of a downport.
Facilities[edit]
Port facilities within the system include:

World Technology Level (T)[edit]
Wellett possesses a Technology Level of TL–2.
- Common Communication technologies for this TL include: Runners or beast relay, the printing press, long distance signaling such as the heliograph and semaphore.
- Common Power Generation technologies for this TL include: Water wheels and wind power.
- Common Transportation technologies for this TL include:
- Land: Riding beasts and creature-drawn wheeled vehicles.
- Water: Sailing vessels.
- Air: Typically not available unless a bodily ability or ride-able flying beasts available.

These positions are inherited by member of the group or their family members. The organization may be monarchy, with titles passed to family members. Or a plutocracy where inheritance of the family fortune includes government position. Or the organization may be more typical organization with positions of power inherited.
World Military[edit]

World Law (L)[edit]
Wellett has no law in practice. It is an Anarchy. On many worlds, this by itself justifies an Amber Zone advisory. There are few laws, covering only important areas. There may be few or no law enforcement officers, the expectation is citizens will bring law breakers to the attention of the Judicial system. Legal proceedings will be fast, with few people involved. For interactions outside of the framework of the laws, cultural norms dominate.

- Labor: 6 (millions)
- Infrastructure: 7 (generally available)
- Efficiency: +1 (average)
Trade Data[edit]
- Importance: -1 (unimportant)
