Huan is a preindustrial, moderate population world with over a hundred million, but not yet at a billion sophonts in population size.
- As a preindustrial world, this planet cannot yet manufacture enough high-technology resources to support a modern, star-faring society. Having to import most manufactured and high tech goods drives the price up for these items at this world.
- It is a member of the Mercantile Concord in the Chin Shan Subsector of Crucis Margin Sector.

Government[edit]
Each Concord member system forms a political faction. Alliances between member systems occur and dissolve regularly as the political and economic fortunes of each change. While member systems will quickly unite against an external threat, internally they are prone to intrigue, disunity, even warfare.
Language[edit]
Military[edit]
The various worlds, corporations and shipping lines of the Concord have their own security, military and naval forces.
