Description (Specifications)

The aquatic Hloan believe that they are self sufficient, have little in common with other races, and therefore reject contact with the interstellar community. Little is known about them, though Hloans are believed to possess great psionic talent.

Up to five metres long, they have at least six black, compound eyes.

History & Background (Dossier)

By -1900 warning beacons had been placed in the Hloan home system to alert Terran settlers from attempting planetfall. Modern versions of these warnings continue to be maintained by Aslan, Humans, and Ormine to deter Travellers. To date no researcher has ever made direct contact with a Hloan.
