Finger Rift

A minor Shadow Rift located within Burden Sector, within the Empty Stars.

• It is a feature of the Empty Stars.
• It is an astrographic feature and a rift.

Details / Specifications

The Finger Rift is around 25 parsecs in length coreward-rimward and has a mean width of around 7 parsecs.

It bisects the Phanic Group.

History

The Finger Rift was first charted by ultra-long-range scans performed by vessels from the Last Armada sometime around 2255AD. Its exact position and dimensions were plotted by the University of Tal Varisa Deep Sky Program between 5520AD and 5550AD.
