History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
Doria is a world in conflict, and has been for hundreds of years. With over a dozen nations vying for resources, control and prestige, the world is a constant powder keg. While there has not been a major, world encompassing war for 300 years, brush wars, conflicts and terrorist attacks are a weekly occurrence. The only time the nations of Doria have been united in a common cause was in 923, when the Carrillian Assembly attempted to invade the world. The combined nations were successful in repelling the invasion force, the peace lasting only a few years before internal tensions broke out again.
