Dilipuu is a Meso World between 8,800km and 10,400km in diameter. The world has a standard gravity between 0.6G and 0.8G. The horizon will appear about 4.4km away.

Mainworld Atmosphere (A)

Dilipuu has a pressure of 0.71 to 1.49 atmospheres. While a Standard Atmosphere does not require survival gear this atmosphere also contains an unusual taint such as such as disease, a hazardous gas mix, pollutants, or sulfur compounds which requires the use of a Filter Mask. Some taints may require more protective equipment. TL–3 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.

Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)

Dilipuu has 15-25% of its surface covered by liquid water or ice. There may be a few small seas. Wilderness refueling is possible. Water for the inhabitants needs to be imported and extensively recycled. These worlds are Hell Worlds or Poor Worlds depending on their atmosphere.

Dilipuu is considered the heart of the Suerrat Cultural Region.

The Dilipuu University of Biological and Environmental Sciences is well-regarded, though notably its offshoot Ilelish Campus has surpassed its parent in many ways.

Llelish Interstellar, the leading media corporation within Ilelish Sector, maintains facilities and offices on the world.

World Starport (St)

Dilipuu has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and most kinds of repair, and construction of non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.

World Population (P)

Dilipuu has a population of 50,000,000,000 sophonts (tens of billions).

• High Population Worlds like this tend to have huge consumer markets.
• Almost the entire population consists of Suerrat.

The following languages are most typically heard:

• Anglic: one of the two official languages of the Imperium.
• Na'ans: the most widely spoken Suerrat language.
• Vilani: one of the two official languages of the Imperium.
• Yaudal, a commonly spoken Suerrat language.

Suerrat cities are very crowded. Suerrat populations are at a density where other species find the mental health of the inhabitants deteriorates; by contrast, Suerrat thrive in these conditions.

• Suerrat like natural surroundings and will incorporate vegetation and even small animals into their urban areas, wherever possible.

Dilipuu is also part of the Suerrat Cultural Region. The Suerrat United Worlds Council is funded through payments of all member worlds, calculated based on each world's population and economic wealth; it also receives voluntary donations from large organisations and businesses, both within and without the cultural zone.

Military

For peacekeeping purposes, the Suerrat United Worlds Council can request troops and vessels volunteered from member worlds to be deployed under its purview, but only within the boundaries of the Suerrat Cultural Region.

Dilipuu has a high law level with laws covering many areas of interactions of people, corporations, and the government. A few worlds with this law level may be Amber Zones. Any interaction with the judicial system requires an Advocate trained in the local legal system. Law enforcement is present almost everywhere, either as people or via technology.
