A thick porridge-like ragout of meat and vegetables, packaged in a folded, edible leaf.
This dish is common to Vland and Lishun. Vilnafku bears many similarities to Terran Potage.
Etymology: Apocryphally attributed to the Old High Vilani "vilnaf," which means "herdsman" or "herder." The word "vilnafka" means a "herd of livestock." The two words combined to indicate the source of the primary meat ingredient of Vilnafku. However such an etymology is not credible as neither V nor F are present in the Vilani alphabet.
