Raweh’s inhabitants are followers of a very small cult, the Church of Golden Sand, which believes that all the universe’s secrets can be understood by reading the strange shapes formed by Raweh’s winds in the world’s frozen sands. The Church's many curious customs make the planet an Amber Zone.
