History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

Muchison was the touchstone of the Psionic Rebellion. In 818 a mob stormed the then prestigious Murchison School of Mental Excellence, killing several of the students and staff. The failure of the local government and Imperial troops to keep order incited a rebellion from a combined psionics and non-psionic citizens force. What followed was several days of bloody street fighting and months of guerrilla activities which, despite the efforts of Imperial forces, spread throughout the subsector.

  • Most of these events are now forgotten by the local populace.
