Subsector Summary: 1116[edit]

Gimushi, subsector N of Empty Quarter has 33 worlds, of which 27 have native gas giants. The estimated population for the subsector is 12 billion sophonts (not necessarily humans). There are three High population (Hi) worlds, four Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 15 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, nine Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. There are five Agricultural (Ag) worlds versus one Pre-Agricultural (Pa) world, and one Non-Agricultural (Na) world. There are five Rich (Ri) worlds versus one Industrial (In) world. There are no Asteroid (As) belts, seven Desert (De) worlds, four Garden (Ga) worlds, two Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, eight Poor (Po) worlds, two Vacuum (Va) worlds, and four Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds. There are three Naval bases in the subsector, three Scout bases, and no Way stations. The Imperial nobility includes 33 Knights, three Baronets, six Barons, three Marquises, four Viscounts, three Counts, no Dukes, and one Subsector Duke. The highest population world is Pamushgar (Empty Quarter 1537). The highest tech level is C at Fathwaas (Empty Quarter 1035), Gobi (Empty Quarter 1331), and Anata (Empty Quarter 1631). The average technology level is 8 (with most between 6 and 10).
