History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

A world with nothing particular to offer, Dundee is used as a prison planet for political exiles.

  • The children of those exiles now eke out a living in the domed city that still is their forebears prison.
  • A small naval base with a single patrol cruiser keeps the inhabitants from leaving.
