Class E Starport

Class E Starports exist on smaller, less populated and developed mainworlds and are extremely rudimentary.

  • They are most often called Frontier Starports.
  • It is also known as a Class I Starport.
  • This facility is part of the starport ratings that range in quality from A (...the best and most extensive) to E (...the worst, little more than a spot of cleared ground), and X.

Description (Specifications)[edit]

Frontier installation. Essentially a bare spot of bedrock with no fuel, facilities, or bases present.

UWP Starport Codes[edit]

Starports and spaceports are given codes in the UWP for stellar systems.

  • The codes in general use are:

E (Starport) Frontier None None Unrefined Mainworld Frontier quality starport with almost no desired capabilities.
  • These starports can service starships to a very limited degree and have not yet caught the eyes of interstellar developers.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

Class E Starports almost never have developed highports or other attached bases or facilities. However, Scout Bases are not unheard of.
