The Caledon Subsector is named for the Principality of Caledon, a small but flourishing interstellar state that extends over a portion of this subsector and the adjoining Scotian Deep Subsector as well.

  • The Principality is the largest independent state in this portion of the Deep.
  • The trailing portion of the subsector is dominated by the Imperium and its client state, the Kolan Hegemony, which the Imperium is slowly absorbing.

Subsector Summary: 1105[edit]

Caledon, subsector G of Reaver's Deep has 29 worlds, of which 24 have native gas giants. The estimated population for the subsector is 22 billion sophonts (not necessarily humans). There are three High population (Hi) worlds, four Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 12 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, three Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. There are six Agricultural (Ag) worlds versus two Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, and three Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds. There are four Rich (Ri) worlds versus one Industrial (In) world. There is one Asteroid (As) belt, no Desert (De) worlds, three Garden (Ga) worlds, two Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, four Poor (Po) worlds, four Vacuum (Va) worlds, and one Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) world. There are ten Naval bases in the subsector, two Scout bases, and no Way stations. In Caledon there are two race homeworlds. The Imperial nobility includes six Knights, no Baronets, no Barons, two Marquises, one Viscount, one Count, and no Dukes. The highest population world is Gerim (Reaver's Deep 2416). The highest tech level is E at Concorde (Reaver's Deep 2218) and Gerim (Reaver's Deep 2416). The average technology level is 9 (with most between 6 and 11).
