Bakhuma system has a population between 10 and 100 million sophonts. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Sapphyre Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Domain of Vland. Bakhuma, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial knight, a member of the Imperial Nobility charged with overseeing the world. This world contains an Imperial Scout Base, capable of handling Scout Service starships and personnel. During the Long Night this world was named Kikhi Li.

Astrography and planetology[edit]

A harsh, windswept environment, which is almost totally incompatible with humans. The plant and wildlife are inedible and the soil lacks the appropriate nutrients to support imported crops.

History and background[edit]

A relative backwater, the only item if interest is the IISS base which runs a surveillance operation on the indigenous aquatic lifeforms.

The substantial human population is dispersed along the equator where they are concerned with their low-tech subsistence farms.
